Bilmånsson is a dealer of Volvo, Renault, Dacia, Hyundai, Polestar, and Kia. We currently have about 350 employees and are located in Eslöv, Hörby, Ängelholm, Kristianstad, Ystad, Lund, and soon also in Hässleholm.

About the position We are looking for a specialist in passenger car technology who wants to play a key role in ensuring the highest quality in our workshop operations. In this role, you will work with the Kia brand. If you currently lack formal competence in Kia, we will ensure that you receive the right training and conditions to succeed.

As a technical specialist, you are a central part of our continued development. You contribute to strengthening our technical expertise, support colleagues in the introduction of new car models and technologies, and help create a safe, professional, and positive customer experience.

In the role, you will among other things:

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs according to manufacturer guidelines

• Be a technical expert and instructor during the launch of new car models

• Have direct customer contact 

• Communicate with the general agent's technical support and contribute with solutions to recurring technical problems

• Ensure that the work follows safety, environmental, and quality requirements

• Be responsible for safety regarding electric vehicles

Qualifications  

• Complete technical education

• Documented experience in advanced troubleshooting and repairs.

• Good knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, electrical and hybrid systems, and digital tools.

• Pedagogical ability and experience in training and mentoring others.

• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for technical decisions.

• Good communication skills in Swedish and English.

• Driver's license B.
