About the position

At our facility in Helsingborg, you will be part of a team consisting of 14 employees. We have a high level of trust from insurance companies and often take on damages that may seem impossible to repair, viewing it as a challenge to solve our customers' problems together. As we are an independent workshop, you will work with several different types of vehicles. As a damage technician, your tasks will include:

• Repairing collision-damaged trucks/light trucks, buses, and motorhomes, both bodywork and superstructures

• Being creative and coming up with repair solutions

We also work on sharing knowledge among ourselves, both within the Helsingborg facility and our other workshops in Sweden. We encourage our employees to visit other facilities to share what they know, but also to develop themselves and build their skills. We are eager to help our employees grow – if you have experience in painting, we are happy to further train you in areas such as sheet metal work.

We are looking for someone who

• Has previous work experience as a damage technician, painter, sheet metal worker, or similar

• Holds a valid driver's license (B)

• Speaks and writes Swedish or English fluently
