As a nursing assistant at the elderly home Solgården, you provide our elderly residents with the opportunity to manage their daily lives as independently as possible. You provide individual and secure care by working closely with the resident and their relatives, viewing the resident from a holistic perspective. You will perform certain medical care tasks based on delegation from a nurse. We place great emphasis on a good and situation-adapted approach, where you strive to go the extra mile in every interaction.

We invest in our employees' health and continuously work with various wellness initiatives! Currently, we are working with a Health App aimed at promoting our employees' health based on their individual circumstances.

We are looking for someone with a nursing assistant education and documented experience in similar work. You should also have experience in teamwork with nursing colleagues, nurses, and rehabilitation staff, focusing on the best interests of the residents. It is a requirement that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form, as the job requires communication and documentation.

The position is a permanent employment with a probationary period and a start date according to agreement.
