We are looking for a combined reception/marketing position at 100%, where approximately 25% of the working time is dedicated to sales and marketing primarily on social media and the web. You preferably have experience in reception work and also experience with booking systems such as HotSoft and BookVisit. We are looking for a cheerful, engaged, and professional colleague with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You focus on the guest, are stress-resistant, and good at collaborating.

You will work together with others in the reception with bookings for accommodation and conference offers, conference bookings, check-ins and check-outs, etc. The position also involves assisting with breakfast, conferences, and serving when needed.

Regarding sales/marketing, you will primarily be responsible for posts on social media and also manage our website. It is an advantage if you have experience with advertising on social media, WordPress, Canva, and Mailchimp.

Best Western Valhall Park Hotel is a family-owned full-service hotel in Ängelholm with 70 rooms, a restaurant, conference facilities, and a spa. It should be fun to go to work, and we have a family-like atmosphere, care for each other, a lot of humor, good collaboration, are engaged, unpretentious, and have a strong guest focus.

The position involves work during the day, evenings, and weekends. The employment is a probationary period with the possibility of permanent employment. Salary according to agreement. Start date as soon as possible.

Swedish and English in spoken and written form are required.

A driver's license is required.
