Reception and Service Manager – Seasonal

Do you want to work in a nature-oriented environment where service, golf, and community are at the center? We are now looking for a dedicated and structured Reception and Service Manager for our golf club for the 2026 season.

About the Position

As the Reception and Service Manager, you play a key role in the club's daily operations. You are the face of our members and guests and are responsible for creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere – both at the reception and in our service area.

The position is a seasonal employment from April to September (with the possibility of extension).

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the reception and service
• Welcome members and guests and handle bookings, green fees, and payments
• Work with and administer golf's IT systems (GIT or similar booking and membership systems)
• Supervise and schedule seasonal staff
• Order management and inventory control
• Ensure good service, quality, and enjoyment
• Basic administration and reporting

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in service, reception, restaurant, or café
• Has experience with golf's IT systems (e.g., GIT or similar systems)
• Has previous supervisory experience (preferred)
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and service-minded
• Enjoys varied tasks and a fast-paced environment
• Has good computer skills
• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently (English is a plus)
• Has an interest in golf – it is preferred if you play and understand the rules and culture of the game
