As a Visual Merchandiser, you are part of the sales team and are always at the center of events. Your main responsibility is to work with your colleagues to create an inspiring and sales-driven store environment. You plan and follow up on campaigns and inform and involve your colleagues in the process. You work purposefully with sales management tools and ensure that the store is always well-stocked and changing. Through your personality and professionalism in customer interactions, you create satisfied customers who return to the store.

• We are looking for someone with education in retail communication
• We want you to have experience in similar roles within retail
• We would like you to have experience in managing projects and training other VMs.
• We expect you to be proactive and action-oriented
• We believe you have a pedagogical ability and find it easy to build relationships.
• We hope you are a positive person with energy, commitment, and joy.

Conditions:

• Employment: The position is a permanent position of approx. 20 hours/week based in Karlstad. (We apply a 6-month probationary period.)
• Schedule: Varying working hours, may include work in the evenings and weekends.
• Salary: Hourly wage according to collective agreement with a responsibility supplement as VM.
• Start in April.
