At Linneas Hemtjänst, we are building a smaller and newly started business where you, as an employee, play an important role in creating safe care for our clients.

We are currently looking for nursing assistants for hourly employment, with the possibility of permanent and full-time positions as the business grows.

Your mission

As a nursing assistant with us, you will work closely with our clients in their daily lives and contribute with:

• Personal care
• Assistance with daily chores
• Walks, companionship, and social support
• Documentation according to routines
• Safety, consideration, and a professional approach

We are looking for someone who

• Is a trained nursing assistant / caregiver
• Has good Swedish skills in speech and writing
• Treats people with warmth and respect
• Is independent, responsible, and confident in your profession
• Has experience in home care (preferable but not required)
• Enjoys working in a growing organization where you can influence

Working hours

• Hourly employment to start with
• Possibility of permanent and full-time positions as the business grows
• Day, evening, and weekend shifts - ability to influence

That is why we chose to create a smaller, newly started business where quality, time, and humanity take greater space. We wanted to build a home care service that feels real, where both clients and staff get the space and consideration they deserve.

We operate from our office in Bredäng and are active along the red line in southern Stockholm Aspudden - Vårberg.
