We are looking for a diabetes nurse for Fristaden health center in central Eskilstuna!

At Fristaden health center, we are now looking for an engaged diabetes nurse who wants to contribute to high-quality and safe care for our patients. Our health center is centrally located in Eskilstuna, and here a close-knit team of about 25 employees works together, responsible for 7,000 registered patients. We place great emphasis on both patient safety and workplace satisfaction, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for close and quality patient care.

About youWe are looking for a licensed nurse with experience working in a health center. You are confident in independently managing patient cases and have the ability to assess and solve various types of issues with a focus on the patient's best interests. We see that you have 15 higher education credits in diabetes care and that you are passionate about making a difference for people with diabetes.
