Vårdcentralen Smeden is a pleasant and well-established health center that takes care of approximately 12,000 registered patients. The health center has a nursing reception, medical reception, laboratory services, district nurse reception, child health care, psychotherapist, social worker, wellness services, rehabilitation coordinator, physiotherapy, and occupational therapy.

We are a privately owned health center with an agreement with Region Sörmland through Hälsoval. The health center is located in central Eskilstuna in an area with significant growth. The company is part of a small group that also includes Occupational Health Services and a Vaccination Clinic. Our owners are 50 local businesses. We have short decision-making paths and an inclusive personnel policy.

At Vårdcentralen Smeden, we have about 40 dedicated and competent employees. We work from a health perspective and continuously focus on development and quality. We are a positive and cheerful team that supports each other.

About the job

As a resident physician at the health center, you will work within a broad field covering general medical competence for patients of all ages and life situations. You will work independently and variably with outpatient care. You will receive guidance from an experienced specialist who provides support and opportunities for knowledge exchange.

About you

You are a licensed physician with the authority to work within Swedish healthcare. You have a strong interest in general medicine and enjoy meeting a variety of patients. It is important that you are accommodating, attentive, and have a good demeanor. You appreciate teamwork and see it as a given to collaborate with colleagues and other partners.
