The Staffing Center is a municipal operation responsible for Huddinge municipality's substitute management within its own organization. Our mission is to staff and recruit hourly substitutes for various operations within support functions and elderly care during short-term absences such as illness, vacation, or training.

We are currently looking for summer substitutes for home care. Our home care services are spread throughout Huddinge, with offices in central Huddinge, Flemingsberg, Vårby, Segeltorp, Stuvsta, Trångsund, and Skogås. We are also looking for staff for the Night Patrol and Alarm Group that respond to security alarms from all over Huddinge Municipality. Your Profile

To be considered for the job, you need to be available immediately and be able to work at least three days a week. We have operations that are open every day of the year. Therefore, you need to be able to work varying hours that may occur during the day and evening, both weekdays and weekends. Since you work at different times of the day, particularly high demands are placed on flexibility. You need to be able to work during the summer, and it is an advantage if you are available for substitutes with a schedule for at least 4 weeks.

You who are applying for the position should have experience working in care and support. It is an advantage if you have a B driver's license and can cycle. Particularly advantageous if you are a trained nursing assistant and hold the nursing assistant title from the National Board of Health and Welfare and have experience in home care.

The work places high demands on initiative, collaboration, and problem-solving. You need to be confident in yourself and comfortable working with people who are in great need of continuity, structure, and care. We are looking for you who have a professional approach characterized by a good view of people and good treatment. You need to have an understanding of other people's needs and feelings in the care tasks with our residents, as well as in the workgroup.

You must have a good command of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

Good computer skills are required as documentation is done on a computer.
