Becker Vacuum Technology AB is now looking for an Inside Sales Specialist for the office in Gothenburg – a role that combines sales, customer service, and order administration in an international industrial company.

What does the role offer?As an Inside Sales Specialist at Becker, you will play a central role in the Swedish sales team. You will be responsible for customer dialogues, order management, and lead follow-ups, working closely with field sales representatives to develop both existing and new business within the B2B segment.
The role is business-oriented and independent, with a strong focus on structure, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Examples of tasks:
Register and manage customer orders in Microsoft Dynamics
Qualify and follow up leads in Salesforce
Manage incoming and outgoing customer contact via phone and email
Create, send, and follow up on quotes
Support field sales representatives in the customer process
Ensure smooth order flows and high service levels
Actively contribute to upselling and new customer acquisition
The position is a fixed-term employment for 1 year, with very good opportunities for extension.
Who are you?You have several years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or a similar role where customer contact and order management have been a central part of your work. You are used to working in CRM and business systems and thrive in a role where structure, business acumen, and service go hand in hand.
You are self-driven, communicative, and confident in dialogue with customers. Perhaps you have previously worked as an outside salesperson and now want a more stationary role, or you are an experienced inside salesperson looking for a stable and international employer.
Requirements:
Several years of experience in inside sales or a similar role
Experience in order management and working in business systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
Familiarity with CRM systems
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Meritorious:
Experience with technical products or industrial B2B sales
Knowledge of sales methodology and negotiation
Experience in both inside and outside sales
Knowledge of any Scandinavian language as well as German
