The Role of Nursing Assistant, Care Assistant, and Aide with Us

Work in home care largely consists of independent work and personal responsibility, but you will also collaborate with your colleagues with the care recipient's best interests in focus. In your work, you will meet people with different needs and work in their homes. The work includes practical assistance such as care, support during meals, and various activities, so you will work at a flexible pace. You will have the opportunity to perform health and medical care tasks according to instructions and delegation from a nurse, as well as documentation that is done digitally.

You will drive a car in your duties, and you will follow a schedule that will include days, evenings, and every other weekend.

You love working with people, you are a joy spreader who brings energy to your care recipients and colleagues. You contribute to the experience of security by taking responsibility for tasks and providing a reliable and professional response. As a person, you thrive in independent work and can adapt to changing circumstances while seeing opportunities in everyday life. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

We are looking for someone who:

is at least 18 years old
holds a B driver's license
expresses themselves well in Swedish, both spoken and written, as this is required in daily work

Our Offer and Additional Information

We offer a permanent full-time position with a start date to be agreed upon.

The position is full-time or according to agreement. Within the Department of Health & Care, all employees in home care and care homes are employed at a 100% employment rate, but employees have the opportunity to reduce their desired employment rate based on the needs of the organization.
