Your role with us

We are looking for a dental nurse with a strong commitment and interest in teamwork within both pediatric and adult dentistry. With us, you will have a varied role where you are involved in everything from assistance and examinations to prophylaxis and motivational conversations. Work in reception and sterilization may also occur. We value personal development and responsibility, and offer a fun and stimulating work environment with a focus on continuous improvement. You will also receive a mentor during your introduction to ensure a good and secure start.

In the role of dental nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with both children and adults, and be part of a competent team with experience in conventional and implant prosthetics, digital impressions, and surgery.

About the workplace

The clinic moved into new, beautiful premises in January and is co-located with the health center at Bäckagård. The clinic's location offers good bus connections. Today, we have a total of 23 employees at the clinic, and some of us share our workweek between clinics in Söndrum, Laholm, and Knäred. The clinic is part of the Halmstad-Laholm operational area. If necessary, support work at another public dental clinic may occur for a limited time.

Qualifications

You who are applying are a trained dental nurse, preferably with a few years of experience. Knowledge of the journal system Cosmic is an advantage, and good computer skills are a requirement. To ensure good and safe communication with patients/customers/colleagues and other contacts, good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form is required. We consider it an advantage if you have additional language skills.

For us, it is important to meet all people with understanding, respect, and care. You have a strong sense of service and good collaboration skills. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
