The Role of Care Assistant with Us

In this role, you will be responsible for providing care and social support tailored to each care recipient's individual needs. By offering a responsive and professional approach, as well as planning and implementing daily activities, you contribute to creating a safe and pleasant environment for the care recipients.

We focus on our care recipients while working closely together.

In this position, your schedule will be set for weekend shifts. This means that working hours will be scheduled for weekends, Saturday-Sunday, and the nearest day/days adjacent to the weekend.

Your Profile

As a person, you are accommodating in your approach and attentive to your surroundings. You create new contacts as well as maintain your current work relationships. You take responsibility and drive your work forward, delivering results and prioritizing your tasks effectively. You see opportunities in changes, take your own initiatives, and come up with new approaches to work-related issues. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

We are looking for someone who:

is a trained care assistant
holds a B driver's license
expresses themselves well in Swedish, both spoken and written

Our Offer and Additional Information

We offer a permanent position where the weekend assignment is time-limited for six months with a chance of extension. The employment rate is 71 or 85 percent with working hours scheduled only Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Monday, as well as time for workplace meetings (APT).

Background checks may be conducted before employment.

As of July 1, 2023, care assistant is a protected job title. Therefore, when employed as a care assistant, you must present a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare to use the title care assistant.
