Your Role

Production Engineering & Support is a section that works with both operational and strategic production support within production technology. You will be organizationally part of Production Engineering, which today consists of two groups with a total of about 50 employees - of which 45 are production engineers and 5 are maintenance technicians.

We are now looking for several Maintenance Technicians to join the Shop Floor Maintenance team, one of the teams within Production Engineering & Support.

The role involves supporting production in everything from purchasing and assembling fixtures to maintaining and servicing production equipment. The team's area of responsibility includes support within Work Space, Work Wear & Consumables. We are now growing in the area of chemical handling and practical machine maintenance and are therefore looking for more maintenance technicians for our team. The location is Kallebäck and/or Mölnlycke.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Responsible for purchasing and assembling fixtures.
• Perform planned maintenance and service of production equipment.
• Conduct troubleshooting and corrective actions with both short-term and long-term solutions.
• Provide ongoing support regarding production and associated premises.
• Collaborate closely with adjacent teams to ensure effective and sustainable solutions.
• Participate in and contribute to planning and coordination meetings.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for certain citizenship.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• Practical interest
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing, as all documentation included in the role is in Swedish
• Good knowledge of English in speech and writing

Meritorious:

• Education with a practical or technical focus
• Experience from support operations or production
• Good knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel
