Job Responsibilities

As a Traveling Installer, you will primarily work on-site with customers, assembling and installing transport and automation solutions. Projects are carried out with high quality and according to schedule. You will be an important representative of SGA on-site and contribute to building long-term relationships through a professional and solution-oriented approach. During projects, there may also be mechanical work and pre-assembly in the workshop in Kinna.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Installation and assembly of conveyor systems at customer sites
• Mechanical assembly based on drawings
• Troubleshooting, adjustments, and commissioning
• Collaboration in project teams
• Preparatory mechanical work in the workshop as needed

The position involves regular travel, and a large part of the working hours is spent on-site with customers, making the role both varied and dynamic.

Working hours: Daytime.
Scope: Full-time, 100%. This position is a temp-to-perm recruitment with a good chance of being hired permanently by the customer.
Start: As agreed.

Background and Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone who enjoys a mobile job and likes to work on-site with customers. You are responsible, solution-oriented, and confident in your role. As a Traveling Installer, you represent the company, so you are service-minded, professional, and easy to collaborate with. You work meticulously and with a focus on quality.

Requirements:

• Experience in assembly or mechanical work
• Ability to read and understand drawings
• Valid driver's license (B)
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Meritorious:

• Experience in machine installation or traveling assembly
• Knowledge in machinery or electrical work
• Welding skills
• Forklift license, Hot work certification, or certificates for mobile work platforms
