Do you want to help start a truck workshop – with the possibility of co-ownership?

I am starting a truck workshop and looking for a driven and experienced truck mechanic who wants to be involved from the beginning. I am not just looking for an employee – I am looking for a reliable person who wants to build something long-term together.

You should be self-motivated, knowledgeable in service and repair of heavy vehicles, and not afraid to take responsibility. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit and want more than just 'punching in and out', then this could be right for you.

The idea is that the right person will eventually be able to become a co-owner of the business.
