Our client is a growing company that manages residential and commercial properties in Gothenburg. We are now looking for a property caretaker who can perform maintenance and inspections of the company's properties and premises in Gothenburg.

The position is full-time and based at the headquarters in central Gothenburg.

Responsibilities include:
• Inspections and maintenance of the region's properties and apartments.
• Addressing reported issues.
• Performing minor repairs such as plastering, painting, or other types of repairs.
• Inspecting the company's accommodations and ensuring good quality.

As a property technician, you are the company's face to the outside and often have contact with customers and suppliers. This requires you to be social, service-oriented, and professional in your approach.

Your skills
• You should have experience in similar tasks.
• You must have a B driver's license (company car and tools are available).
• You must be accustomed to taking responsibility for your work and performing it according to the company's expectations.
• You must be able to express yourself well in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

Meritorious
