Telephony, customer meetings, and guidance

As a claims officer with a focus on telephony, you will work on a scheduled basis answering questions about sickness benefits. Most inquiries come by phone, but general questions may also arrive via email. It is part of your job to document in our processing systems according to a given standard and with the support of guiding documents. You will be part of a team where you actively work to develop your knowledge and share experiences.

As a claims officer, you handle confidential information, which places higher demands on proper management. Therefore, it is important that you, who will work with us, have a high level of security awareness.

We are looking for someone who

  • has a high school diploma or equivalent experience/qualifications
  • is service-oriented
  • has a systematic and meticulous work approach
  • is stable and can maintain energy even in stressful situations
  • has good communication skills
  • works independently, takes initiative, and responsibility.

It is an advantage if you

  • have experience in administrative work
  • have professional experience in written and verbal communication
  • are computer literate
  • have knowledge of how to professionally meet people in various life situations
  • have experience working with incoming calls.

Other

A number of positions, specific fixed-term employment. You are expected to be able to work 100% during the summer between June 1 - August 31, as well as about 50% (hourly employment) during mandatory introduction in weeks 21 and 22. In accordance with the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's security guidelines, background checks will be conducted in this recruitment. Remote work may be possible if the job allows. In this recruitment, psychological tests may be used as part of the selection process. Location: Gothenburg.
