• For newly graduated nurses, we have competitive and individualized salary setting. The starting salary is 33,000 SEK/month plus an additional 2,500 SEK/week for full-time work during the period of 2026-06-15 to 2025-08-09. To be eligible for this bonus offer, you need to be trained and work continuously for at least four weeks during the specified period.

About the Job

You will work within the Health and Medical Care unit in the Disability Care Services for adults. We are a team of nurses, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists. As a nurse, you will be responsible for health and medical care within your area of expertise in the housing of the Disability Care Services where individuals with LSS decisions reside. The target group primarily consists of adults with some form of disability, a fantastic group to work with. You will ensure that the medical interventions work well for our clients and coordinate contacts with doctors and other professionals within primary care and the region. The job involves guiding smaller and larger groups of staff.

About You

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with experience as well as newly graduated nurses without experience. We prefer that you have experience with mobile work and/or disability care services. The job requires that you have a B driver's license.

To communicate with clients, relatives, and colleagues, write and access care documentation, it is required that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form. You have good initiative and are good at thinking outside the box. Your ability to work independently is strong while you actively work for effective teamwork with various professional competencies where the individual also plays a central role.

Of course, you have a good, respectful demeanor and are attentive and open in your interactions with both clients and their relatives. You are good at collaborating and want to contribute to good communication and cooperation with other actors. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

Employment form: Summer substitute, with possible extension. Working hours are scheduled during the day with occasional weekend shifts. Start date is according to agreement. Interviews, selection, and appointments are ongoing.
