We offer, among other things:

  • Operationally adapted introduction based on individual experience.
  • For those with more than 3 years of experience, we offer an additional 6250 SEK per week, which means 25,000 SEK/month in addition to your base salary during the period from 2026-06-15 to 2026-08-09. That is, base salary plus a bonus of 25,000 SEK/month. To be eligible for the bonus under this offer, you need to be trained and work independently and continuously throughout the specified period.

About the job

You will work within the Health and Medical Care unit in the Disability Care for Adults. We are a team of nurses, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists. As a nurse, you will be responsible for health and medical care within your area of expertise in the disability care residences, where individuals with LSS decisions reside. The target group is primarily adults with some form of disability, a fantastic group to work with. You will be responsible for ensuring that the medical interventions work well for our clients and coordinate contacts with doctors and other professionals within primary care and the region. The work involves supervising smaller and larger groups of staff.

The working hours are scheduled for daytime with occasional weekend shifts.

About you

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. We prefer that you have experience with mobile work and/or disability care. You need to have a B driver's license. If you have further education as a district nurse or in psychiatry, we consider that an advantage.

To communicate with clients, relatives, and colleagues, and to write and participate in care documentation, you need to have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form. You have good initiative and are good at thinking outside the box. Your ability to work independently is strong while you actively work for effective teamwork with various professional competencies where the individual also has a central role.

Of course, you have a good, respectful attitude and are attentive and open in your contacts with both clients and their relatives. You are good at collaborating and want to contribute to good communication and cooperation with other stakeholders. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

The positions are for summer temporary employment, with a possibility of extension and a start in March by agreement. We apply individual and differentiated salary setting. Selection, interviews, and appointments are ongoing.
