Your Role

As a temporary and summer substitute, you are an important part of the team around our residents – elderly people and those with cognitive illnesses. With us, you work with person-centered care where each individual's needs, wishes, and life stories are at the center. We offer longer summer substitutes and good opportunities to work part-time both before and after the summer. Your job may involve:

• supporting residents in their daily lives and with personal care,
• participating in and creating meaningful activities such as reading aloud, music, nature experiences,
• performing delegated tasks with the support of a nurse,
• collaborating with colleagues for a good and sustainable work environment.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone over 18 years old who wants to work extra alongside studies or another job. Perhaps you are studying to become a nursing assistant or nurse – or already have experience in elderly care. As a person, you are secure, responsible, and have a responsive approach. You enjoy working closely with people and contribute to a work environment characterized by care and collaboration.

Bräcke Care and Nursing Home Pilhamns Gårdar

Pilhamns gårdar is located on Ingarö in Värmdö municipality. Here we offer apartments for elderly people with cognitive illnesses in a safe and homely environment close to nature and cultural history. Working with us means:

Travel Routes and Commuting

We want to be clear that the workplace is located on Ingarö in Värmdö, as the travel route is important when applying for a job. It is possible to commute by bus from, for example: Slussen, Gullmarsplan, Nacka, Gustavsberg, and central Värmdö. For those driving, there are good parking opportunities.
