Site Manager Wanted for Our Depot in Gothenburg

Do you want to work with us for safe workplaces? We are now looking for a Site Manager for our depot in Gothenburg to strengthen our evening team.

About the Position

As a Site Manager with us, you will be responsible for supporting the operations in the ongoing work at the depot and out on the road, ensuring that the work is carried out according to work preparation. You will lead and assist in planning and distributing tasks and resources such as materials, vehicles, personnel, and subcontractors together with the Site Manager. You will alternate between performing practical tasks in the field and administrative work in the office.

Your work will include driving and leading our contracting services on road and construction sites, as well as actively working with customer outreach. Together with your colleagues, you will assist our customers with their traffic solution needs, focusing on profitability and customer satisfaction.

The position is full-time with placement in Gothenburg. Regular working hours are scheduled for afternoons and evenings.

About You

As a person, you have excellent problem-solving skills and possess good administrative knowledge. You are proactive, open, curious, and enjoy challenges. Furthermore, we want you to, like us, care about traffic safety and a secure working environment.

You thrive on putting the customer first and have a strong sense of service. You are expected to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously and be good at organizing and prioritizing your work. A B driver's license and good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form are required. If you have experience in leadership and a C driver's license, we consider that an advantage.
