Your mission
As a site manager, you are responsible for leading and developing our asbestos projects and other types of restoration work in the region. You have budget and personnel responsibility for a team of about 10 people with the goal of building and expanding the team.

The role is both operational and business-oriented. You are frequently out in the field, visiting projects, supporting employees, and maintaining ongoing contact with customers. You ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with applicable regulations, with high quality and a good working environment.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing the restoration team
• Planning, following up, and quality assuring projects
• Ensuring that the work is performed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
• Maintaining ongoing dialogue with customers and building long-term relationships
• Managing budget, personnel, working environment, and resource planning
• Contributing to the development and establishment of the business in the asbestos area

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in asbestos remediation and good knowledge of applicable regulations
• Experience in personnel responsibility
• Good IT skills and administrative ability
• Ability to work closely with customers and in a business-like manner
• Driver's license B
