Welcome to Flemingsberg Health Center

Welcome to work with us at Flemingsberg Health Center located in Flemingsberg Center, close to both buses and commuter trains, approximately 15 minutes to Stockholm city.

At the health center, there is a general practitioner clinic, district nurse clinic, nurse-led clinics, home care, child health care, psychosocial team, and laboratory.

Job Responsibilities:

Standard job responsibilities for a nurse in home care.

Employment Type:

1-year temporary position. Full-time (100%).

Qualifications:

You are a licensed nurse, preferably with experience in primary care. A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.

Being meticulous and having a service-oriented mindset is essential. We place great importance on teamwork and personal suitability.

For patient-related work within the Stockholm County Healthcare Area:

  • Background checks will be applied before hiring decisions according to SLSO's overarching guidelines for background checks during employment.
  • Employees who will have patient contact must undergo a pre-employment medical examination, according to current directives, which is done through occupational health services before employment.
  • In addition to Swedish professional certification, good knowledge of the Swedish language at level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required. The same requirements apply to non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
