Supply Chain Coordinator

Do you have experience in supply chain and thrive in a coordinating role with many points of contact? We are now looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator for a consulting assignment with an international company in the manufacturing industry. The assignment starts in April and will initially run until the end of the year. You will be employed by Poolia and work on assignment for our client.

About the position

In this role, you will be an important link between purchasing, suppliers, and production. You will support operational buyers by staying ahead of critical deliveries and actively following up and expediting materials that are at risk of being delayed.

The market situation places high demands on delivery precision, and your task will be to minimize the consequences of late deliveries through close dialogue with suppliers – both in Sweden and internationally – via phone and email. You often act as a coordinating party between purchasing and production lines to ensure that the material flow meets the needs of the business.

The role also includes supporting and following up on activities related to the company's supply chain processes, working according to established routines, and contributing to local and regional sourcing initiatives as needed.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with experience in supply chain, purchasing, or logistics, preferably in a manufacturing industry. You are structured, solution-oriented, and have a strong drive to act when something risks affecting the delivery flow.

You are communicative, clear, and confident in dialogue with various stakeholders. Since you will have ongoing contact with suppliers both in Sweden and internationally, you need to be fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written. To succeed in this role, we see that you have good collaboration skills and a proactive working style, as well as the ability to create structure and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
