Experienced Assembler Wanted in the Industrial Sector

We are now looking for an experienced assembler for our client in the industrial sector. You will work with assembly and construction according to drawings and flow charts. The job requires precision, technical understanding, and good teamwork skills.

Your Responsibilities

You will work on the heavier aspects of building various types of facilities at the client's project located in Kalmar. The work is carried out according to drawings and flow charts. Some TIG welding may also occur. You will work both in a team and independently.

• Assembly and construction according to drawings and flow charts
• Pipe assembly
• Welding (preferable)
• Handling of overhead crane (requires crane license)

Your Background/Skills

To succeed in this position, we believe you have previously worked with heavier assembly or plumbing and can read technical drawings. We are looking for someone who is technically inclined, ambitious, meticulous, and responsible. You are confident and used to working independently while also being able to collaborate easily with others. A good ability to prioritize tasks based on needs and to meet deadlines is essential for you. Furthermore, we appreciate a drive and interest in developing and improving routines and processes. Additionally, we will place great emphasis on your social skills.

• Experience in pipe assembly
• Good experience in reading and working from drawings
• Welding background is a plus
• Cranes and forklift licenses are required

You are meticulous, responsible, and have good teamwork skills.

A valid driver's license and good ability to express yourself in both spoken and written Swedish and English are required.

Employment

This is a consulting assignment at Wikan Personal where you will work for our client. After six months, it may lead to a permanent position for the right person. The position is full-time (100%).
