JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

As an engine assembler, you will play a crucial role in the installation and assembly of marine engines. The work demands high precision, quality, and technical understanding. 

Your main tasks will include: 

• Installation and assembly of marine engines 

• Tuning, testing, and inspection of engines and associated systems 

• Troubleshooting and addressing mechanical and technical deviations 

• Working according to technical drawings, instructions, and electrical diagrams 

• Collaboration with colleagues in assembly, electrical work, and quality assurance 

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES AND QUALIFICATIONS 

To thrive in the role of engine assembler, you are meticulous, structured, and technically inclined. You have the ability to work independently while also functioning well in a team and following established routines. You are solution-oriented and quality-conscious in your work. 

We are looking for someone who: 

• Has experience working with marine engines, preferably with Volvo Penta 

• Has a good technical understanding of mechanics and the function of components 

• Is accustomed to working with small tolerances where high precision is required 

• Has experience in troubleshooting and adjusting mechanical and technical systems 

• Can read and interpret technical drawings and electrical diagrams 

• Is structured, methodical, and self-driven 

• Enjoys collaborating in a team and following common work routines 

• Has good knowledge of Swedish or English, both spoken and written 

• Has good physical ability as the job involves handling heavy parts in tight spaces

ABOUT THE POSITION

The position of engine assembler is a full-time consulting assignment. You will be employed by Eterni Sweden AB and work as a consultant for our client. There are good opportunities for permanent employment with the client company after six months.
