Bromma City District Administration offers you a workplace where your efforts can truly make a difference and contribute to the community benefit in a growing district. Here, active employee participation and clear leadership are the foundation for a developing organization.
Bromma City District Administration is one of the city's eleven districts. Bromma is located near central Stockholm and by Lake Mälaren with its beautiful nature. The district has about 80,000 inhabitants. The administration is located in an activity-based office, close to Bromma Airport, near Bromma Blocks, with good transport links and shops nearby.
The Social Services and Recreation Department is responsible for the district's Individual and Family Care, field, recreation, prevention, as well as authority exercise and service provision. We work for a cohesive social service. The unit for persons with disabilities at Bromma City District Administration is a commissioning unit with 18 employees. The unit is led by a unit manager and a group leader. Additionally, the unit consists of 14 caseworkers, 1 contact secretary, and 1 administrative officer. The caseworkers are divided into a team of 4 caseworkers focusing on children and youth and a team of 10 caseworkers focusing on adults.
The unit is characterized by curiosity and professionalism where we see interaction, collaboration, and opportunities as a natural part of our work. We strive for continuous development and have recently focused on areas such as legal security, VINR, children's rights, and MI - it would be great if you wanted to be part of the continued journey forward!
We are now looking for a new employee as one of our team members is embarking on new adventures. We hope that you want to be a part of our team.

Our mission is to meet the needs for services for our users to contribute to an independent life based on the individual's circumstances. Internal collaboration with other units, groups, as well as external collaboration with, for example, healthcare is a constant feature of your work. A good approach towards both users and their relatives, as well as other partners, is something we see as a given. In the unit, we have high ambitions; we always want to develop and become even better at what we do! Therefore, we are looking for someone who thrives in a changing everyday life and can work under changing directives.
