The Role

As a maintenance engineer, you are responsible for ensuring that our machines and technical systems are efficient and reliable through advanced troubleshooting and long-term improvement work.

Responsibilities

Ensure operational reliability through troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and preventive and corrective maintenance
Develop and follow up maintenance plans, FU routines, and spare parts management in MaintMaster
Develop and quality assure technical documentation and system support
Be the maintenance representative in machine rebuilds, investments, and larger projects
Follow up on machine downtime and costs, and drive improvement work related to availability and lifespan

Qualifications

Technical education, preferably in mechanical engineering, automation, mechatronics, or equivalent
Deep competence in mechanical maintenance as well as pneumatic and hydraulic equipment
Good understanding of machine systems that combine mechanics, electricity, and automation, as well as experience in troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Good system familiarity and ability to analyze operational data, experience with MaintMaster is an advantage
