Your Responsibilities

As one of two team leaders with us, you will have a central role in carrying out construction work, operation, and maintenance of the pipeline network within the water and sewage operations. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and following up on assigned projects and tasks, in close collaboration with colleagues, contractors, and other stakeholders.

The role is varied and involves both fieldwork and administrative tasks.

As a team leader, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and coordinating resources in assigned construction projects within specified frameworks
• Being the project manager and responsible for BAS-U in assigned projects
• Being responsible for marking responsibility in assigned projects
• Conducting inspections of water, sewage, and stormwater networks
• Leading and coordinating assigned operational efforts.
• Investigating and planning maintenance work on the pipeline network within specified frameworks
• Conducting water sampling
• On-call duty may occur.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant education in water and sewage, construction or equivalent work experience
• Experience in water and sewage operations, construction, or technical operations
• Good knowledge of occupational health and safety issues
• Driver's license (B)
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Experience in the role of BAS-U
• Training in hot work
• Experience in practical work with pipeline networks
• Experience in leadership
• Experience in surveying and setting out in the field
