Maintenance Technician/Project Manager Maintenance

RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of Maintenance Technician/Project Manager Maintenance, you will establish and implement long-term maintenance plans and ensure that they align with the municipality's strategic local supply. You will contribute your experience and knowledge in subject matters and lead renovations, minor construction, and rebuilding projects from start to finish with your own budget and financial responsibility. You are responsible for implementation, follow-up, and coordination in close collaboration with property managers and other functions.

You work in a structured and solution-oriented manner, with a clear ability to plan, organize, and prioritize your tasks effectively. You set realistic timelines and ensure they are met. In your daily work, you maintain a calm and stable focus even when unexpected and pressured situations arise. You enjoy working independently but also collaborate well in a team.

You have many contacts both internally and externally, making it important that you are communicative, accustomed to handling many/different contact points, and meet others in a calm, clear, and accommodating manner.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Construction-related high school education, or a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent by the employer.
• Several years of professional experience in new and/or ROT construction.
• Several years of experience in project management, work management, and cost estimation within the construction and/or property industry.
• Experience with budget work.
• Contract law.
• Basic P and U.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Driver's license B.

Meritorious:

• Previous work within municipal/regional operations with a focus on property.
• Documented education and/or experience in installation technology, asbestos, wet rooms, scaffolding, lift and fall protection training, concrete class 2, knowledge of LOU, moisture safety in production planning.
