The Health and Care Administration, with its approximately 1500 employees, is one of the administrations in the city of Mölndal and encompasses elderly care, support for people with disabilities, and health care.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a care assistant, you will help clients in their homes together with your colleagues. You will collaborate with licensed personnel, case managers, and relatives to create a meaningful and stimulating everyday life for those we serve. Our working method is characterized by a salutogenic approach, which means providing personal support and care based on individual needs and conditions - the client is in focus.

In addition, you will document, establish care plans, and update them as needed, convene planning meetings in the home, and support other administrative tasks as needs arise. In Home Care in Lindome, we want to create participation and security for all clients. By working based on the municipality's dignity guarantees, we strive to ensure that all clients have a designated care contact and are involved in planning their own care needs.

The working hours will be scheduled during days, evenings, and weekends. We plan our schedule in Time Care, where you have the opportunity to propose schedule suggestions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements for the position:

• Trained care assistant or other education that the employer deems equivalent
• Previous work experience in care and support
• Good knowledge of social documentation
• Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form
• Good computer skills, able to handle a work mobile with relevant apps
• Driving license B

You focus on the client's needs and see solutions based on your professional knowledge and the client's situation. You have an open and positive attitude. You are driven by the desire to develop and learn new things, and you have an interest in digital development that you are happy to share with your colleagues.
