We are now looking for a self-driven dental nurse who understands the importance of good service and a positive attitude

Main Responsibilities and Tasks

At Folktandvården Karlsborg, you will meet patients of all ages with various care needs.

As a dental nurse with us, you play an important role in ensuring that patients feel well received and secure during their visit. You will utilize your full competence while the position also demands creativity, empathy, and a sense of service.

Your tasks include:

• Assisting in examinations and treatments
• Working with your own patients in prophylaxis treatments, onboarding, oral health advice, or acclimatization treatments
• Working in the sterilization area and reception

Qualifications and Profile

• Qualified dental nurse with education from MYH (Swedish National Agency for Higher Vocational Education)
• Interest in both pediatric and adult dental care
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
• Ability to manage administration independently
• Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively and wisely
• Ability to present a stable and calm impression even when there is a lot to do
• Ability to collaborate and relate to others in a responsive manner
• Contribute to the development of the organization by actively participating in the clinic's improvement work

If you are new to the profession, you will receive an individually tailored mentoring program during your initial period. The mentoring program is part of our two-year development program for newly qualified dental nurses.

About the Recruitment Process

If you are not already employed with us, you will be contacted by a recruiter from the HR department for an interview. After the application period ends, the clinic manager will select candidates and invite them for an interview at the clinic. These interviews are scheduled for week 12.

Folktandvården Västra Götaland conducts checks in the suspicion and criminal records before employment.
