JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The work as a nursing assistant/caregiver involves assisting the user according to individual needs in personal care, meal situations, transfers, activities, etc. The job includes documenting the users' conditions and the actions you perform. We will place great emphasis on case management.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a high school diploma in healthcare and/or interest and experience in working in elderly care and developing it. We value experience in elderly care as well as good teamwork skills and a professional attitude. We place great importance on personal suitability, which means you are flexible and secure in your professional role, and can work independently as well as in a team.

You work closely with users, so you should have a strong interest in people, patience, and the ability to understand the users' situation. An important task is to support the healthy aspects of the users, which means providing them with support and encouragement to do what they can manage themselves. We would appreciate knowledge of minority languages, such as Sami, Meänkieli, or Finnish.
