Städax is a well-established service company with long experience in window cleaning. We are known for high quality, reliability, and professional treatment – both towards our customers and our employees. We are now looking for an engaged and present Field Lead who wants to take responsibility for quality, team development, and delivery in their area. 

As a Field Leader, you will work operationally to support our window cleaners in the field and ensure they have the right conditions to deliver high quality in every assignment. You are a present leader in your area for about 10-20 employees, and act as a natural support for questions related to quality, working methods, materials, and customer dialogue. 

You will work closely with the Area Manager, who is your immediate supervisor, and together you will follow up on results and drive the development of the staff forward. You will also collaborate closely with the planning department to ensure efficient and qualitative delivery. The role involves both fieldwork and administrative tasks and requires you to speak Swedish and English. 

• Identify, plan, and follow up on quality-improving measures in the area, including training and initiatives related to customer issues 

• Conduct ongoing quality follow-ups at customer sites and field visits with dialogue regarding working methods, materials, and delivery 

• Ensure correct time reporting and monthly follow-ups 

• Be responsible for vehicles, offices, and storage in the area 

• Support the Area Manager in staffing, customer issues, pricing, and other operational matters 

• Participate in regular planning and review meetings and contribute to staff gatherings

You are structured in your work approach, responsible, and have the ability to balance operational presence with administrative tasks. At the same time, you actively contribute to a positive team culture and a professional collaboration with both colleagues and customers.

• Previous experience in leadership 

• Good administrative skills 

• Driver's license (B) 

• Basic technical competence  

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written 

• Experience in field-based operations and/or window cleaning is a plus 

The position is full-time with a start date according to agreement, preferably as soon as possible. You will be based at the local office in Mölndal, Gothenburg.
