Service Worker Wanted for Alingsås Hospital

We are looking for a service worker to join our team at Alingsås Hospital who can work varying hours as needed!

Job Responsibilities

As a service worker, you will meet many new people in a job where a lot happens.

You will be offered variety and development as we assist our customers with various service assignments.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Cleaning in, among other places, patient wards
• Waste management
• Mail and package handling.

The work is scheduled for weekdays, weekends, day and evening shifts.

To provide good service as a service worker, you need to:

• Be social, helpful, and enjoy meeting patients
• Take responsibility by being thorough and loyal to your assignment
• Work well with others
• Create good relationships with customers and colleagues through a positive attitude
• Show interest, willingness, and commitment to perform well.

You have education at the elementary level and communicate well in Swedish, as you will have dialogues with customers and colleagues and follow both written and oral work instructions.

Your IT skills are basic; you can use a smartphone, tablet, email, and search for information online. You also need to have the physical ability to walk and stand throughout the workday, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.

Experience in other service work or cleaning is an advantage. If you have a high school education, this is also an advantage.
