The market area conducts property management and currently has about 120 employees within Economic and Technical Management, Customer Group, and Property Services.

We are now looking for a temporary employee for our cleaning group

The position is based in Borås, but you will also work in Alingsås. As a cleaner at Riksbyggen, you will be one of those who work closest to the customer. This means that you will be responsible for receiving and quickly handling any requests and reports of issues from customers. The work is varied and social.

With us, you make a difference

You are part of the internal/external maintenance and cleaning/stair cleaning workgroup. You are part of the team that handles all tasks. Together, the group plans the daily work efficiently. Administration, time reporting, and work order management are also part of the role. You will also work with resident and board contacts.

You contribute with your skills and commitment

We are looking for someone who enjoys working both independently and collaboratively with a team, and you find it easy to communicate with both colleagues and customers.

You have previous experience in cleaning, and it is advantageous if you have cleaning training such as SRY or PRYL, which should include knowledge of appropriate methods, cleaning materials, and chemical products, as well as minimizing risk of injury. Since computers are a natural part of the work for all Riksbyggen employees, we would like you to have some computer skills and be able to handle a computer in your job. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills through internal training.

As a person, you are meticulous, quality-conscious, and can structure your work effectively. You are practical, enjoy meeting people, and delivering good service.

• You have at least a high school education and/or KY education, preferably with a focus on property maintenance, operations, or management.
• You have a B driver's license for manual transmission.
• You can communicate well in Swedish, both spoken and written.

The position is a one-year temporary position and full-time, starting in March-April 2026.
