Töreboda Municipality is now looking for a dedicated and service-oriented case officer in the field of care and support as one of our case officers will be going on parental leave. QUALIFICATIONS:

We wish that you have a degree in social work or other education that the employer deems relevant for the position. Furthermore, we are looking for someone with experience working as a case officer with authority under the Social Services Act. If you have experience in authority work or experience as a case officer for elderly care, this is meritorious. We also view positively if you have training in MI and experience in handling transport services.

To succeed in the role, you need to have:

• Good oral and written skills in Swedish

• Good knowledge of IBIC

• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365

We also appreciate if you have good documentation skills and experience working in the operational system Life Care.

We are looking for someone who wants to work with us to provide help and support to our residents, to handle cases legally and to do a job with good quality. The Assignment:

In the case officer group, 8 employees work to handle home care, special housing, housing support, LSS interventions, transport services, and fees. The employee who is going on parental leave primarily works with home care and special housing as well as transport services.

The work includes informing, investigating, assessing, and deciding on interventions according to SoL, as well as following up on decisions and interventions. The work also involves handling and deciding on transport services for the target group.

The work includes collaborating internally and externally with providers and other authorities. Documentation and individual meetings and care planning are other important parts of the assignment.

DRIVER'S LICENSE:

A B driver's license is required.

THE POSITION: Temporary position 100% from May 1, 2026, to January 15, 2027, with a possible opportunity for a permanent position.
