Our office is located at Stadsötorget 2 where we meet before each shift to assign the day's home visits and tasks. To ensure you have a solid foundation when you start with us, we offer practical introduction with an experienced colleague and a series of digital training courses. If you do not have a healthcare education, we offer you the opportunity to study to become a nursing assistant.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your important role:

• Provide individually tailored support and service to our clients to ensure quality care in their homes.
• Participate in a team of various professionals striving to create the best conditions for our clients.
• Document in Pulsen Combine according to the Social Services Act.

Working hours are varied, and you will work according to a schedule during the day, evening, and weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have a genuine interest and commitment to providing support and assistance to people in their daily lives. Furthermore, you should have:

• Experience working in elderly care
• Good digital skills
• Grades in Swedish equivalent to grade 9
• Driver's license (B)

It is an advantage if you are a trained nursing assistant and have experience working in Combine.

As a person, you should be stable, cooperative, and solution-oriented. We place great emphasis on your personal competencies in this recruitment.

Start date according to agreement. A probationary period may apply.
