Together for Norrbotten - the best life, the best health! Kiruna Health Center, with around 50 employees making a difference for approximately 15,700 registered patients, is looking for you who are a licensed district nurse/nurse. Kiruna Health Center has implemented several new working methods to increase accessibility for citizens and has an exciting future ahead. We work closely together across the entire unit and collaborate towards the vision of Region Norrbotten.
We need more licensed district nurses/nurses and welcome you to our wonderful team! With us, you are involved in everyday work and are an important part of the entire health center's development.
We are looking for
We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse or district nurse. It is an advantage if you have experience working in primary care.
We place great emphasis on personal qualities. To succeed in the role, we see that you are self-driven and take responsibility for your tasks by structuring and planning your work effectively. You are confident, stable, and have good self-awareness as well as the ability to distinguish between the professional and personal even in pressured situations. You are flexible and can easily adapt to changing conditions while also considering the whole and the best interests of the organization in your actions. You have the courage to make decisions and act independently when the situation requires it. Collaboration skills are a given for you, and you actively contribute to a good work climate where we support each other and work towards common goals.
This is what you will work with
As a district nurse/nurse with us, you will work independently with a focus on the patient but also in a team with other nurses/district nurses and other professional categories. The workday is varied and can be adapted according to areas of interest. You will work with telephone advice, in digital chat, with your own clinic, in assessment teams, and in our emergency services.

Information about the position
The position is a permanent full-time position, daytime.
Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
