We are looking for

We are looking for a licensed nurse with good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written forms, as well as experience working in teams. A specialization in psychiatric nursing, knowledge of multiple languages, and previous experience in psychiatric inpatient care are advantageous.

In the role of nurse within adult psychiatry's inpatient care, you will work closely with patients experiencing acute and complex psychiatric conditions. You will be responsible for nursing assessments, medication management, and creating a sense of security in an environment where patients' needs can change rapidly. The work involves both independent decision-making and close collaboration with doctors, caregivers, and other professionals. You will participate in care planning, supportive conversations, and secure documentation, while also contributing to a stable and structured care environment. Here, you will fully utilize your clinical skills and be an important part of the patient's journey towards recovery.

Information about the position

We offer you a permanent full-time position. Working hours are from 09:00 to 22:00. Start date according to agreement. Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.

Due to the nature of the operation and safety requirements, applicants to our organization must be prepared to provide an extract from the criminal record.
