In our home care service, we always focus on the individual's needs. As an employee, you will work with a variety of tasks to support people in their own homes and outdoor environments. You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives. Your tasks include:

• Preparing and serving meals
• Assisting with dressing and undressing
• Supporting personal hygiene
• Providing escort services and walks
• Offering relief and service interventions

The position is full-time and extends over the summer. Working hours vary between day and evening, with weekend shifts occurring.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in working with people and who strives to provide a good service. You have a desire to learn and develop in your work.

Desirable qualifications:

• Training as a nursing assistant or other relevant healthcare education
• Experience in the healthcare sector

You should have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as you will be in contact with users and relatives as well as documenting tasks. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Other A driving license (B) is desirable but not a requirement. Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends.
