Ljung & Sjöberg AB is an industry leader in alcohol and drug testing, gambling addiction, and co-dependency in the workplace.
We have three main areas:
- Identification and rehabilitation of employees in the business sector - Alcohol and drug testing services - Residential activities
We have offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Piteå, and Sundsvall, but our service is national. The company has repeatedly been awarded Dagens Industris Gazelle Prize and Veckans Affärers Superföretagspris.
We now need an employee who can operate in Norrbotten. Please note that the position is both office-based and field-based at client companies. Location to be agreed upon.
Your tasks will vary and will include, among other things:
Sampling • Sampling random tests, pre-employment tests, and other reasons for testing. • Provide support during sampling activities where multiple samplers are required and urgent cases arise.
Coordination • Plan and coordinate sampling cases and act as a link between the client and the sampler. • Coordination and follow-up of hourly employed samplers
Administration related to sampling • Sample response administration • Administer pre-employment tests • Ongoing documentation in the client database regarding the progress of the case. It should clearly indicate where in the process the sampling case is and upcoming activities. • Ensure that client information is updated and communicate to relevant parties. • Ensure and follow up that agreed tests are conducted with assigned clients. • Ensure correct invoicing of workplace tests. Invoicing occurs continuously, weekly, and monthly. • Direct deviant workplace tests to MRO (Medical Review Officer) for further processing. • Follow our existing process in all cases and report deviations if they occur.
Training • Training, follow-up, and evaluation of subcontractors and the own sampling network. • Ensure that the sampling network has relevant sampling materials.
Your qualifications: You are a “DOER” and a person who works in a structured manner, has good organizational skills, and is comfortable with administration and digital tools. You enjoy taking initiative and having responsibility. You are flexible and enjoy solving problems, and you thrive in a creative and stimulating environment with deadlines. It is important that you are comfortable contacting other people and are driven by providing good service. You are confident and clear in your communication. Integrity is a guiding principle for you.
You who apply have at least a high school education. If you also have a healthcare education, experience in addiction care, or have worked with public health, it is an advantage. Since the position involves travel days, you as an applicant should be prepared for inconvenient working hours.
Does this description fit you? Do you want to actively work to create safe and drug-free workplaces? Then you are warmly welcome to apply.
