JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The work as a nursing assistant at the day alarm involves responding to alarms and going out to the users to meet their needs. The job involves assisting the user according to their individual needs in personal care. Our goal is for the users to experience dignity and well-being as much as possible.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a high school education in healthcare with a focus on nursing assistance. You have a genuine interest in working in elderly care and want to contribute to the development of the operations.

We would like you to have previous experience in elderly care. You have good collaboration skills, a professional attitude, and command Swedish well in both speech and writing.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. This means you are flexible, secure in your professional role, and have the ability to work both independently and in a team. You have good computer skills, access to BankID, and an interest in new technology, as the work may involve the installation and setup of, for example, night cameras and door alarms.

It is an advantage if you have previous delegation experience.

A B driver's license is a requirement.
