About the position

As an Account Manager at Zendr, you will be responsible for the entire customer journey: from prospecting and initial contact to meetings, negotiations, and long-term customer relationships. You will play a crucial role in strengthening Zendr's position in the market, both in Sweden and in our upcoming expansion into Norway.

You will be part of an engaged and results-oriented team of about 15 people. We work closely together, share knowledge, and support each other to achieve our common goals.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and establishment: You actively identify new business opportunities in the Swedish and Norwegian markets and build relationships with both new and existing customers. With drive and determination, you create results and strengthen Zendr's market position.

  • Sales meetings and phone contact: You take the lead in customer dialogue by booking and conducting meetings with decision-makers, including professional phone conversations. Through needs analysis and clear communication, you build trust and long-term partnerships.

  • The entire sales process and customer relationships: You drive the entire sales journey from initial contact to closure and nurture long-term customer relationships that contribute to both established and new markets.

About the role

To succeed and thrive as an Account Manager at Zendr, you are a person with a strong drive, a winning mentality, and a genuine passion for the entire sales chain. You are motivated by reaching and exceeding goals in a fast-paced environment with clear responsibilities and by being part of building Zendr's continued positioning in the market.

Furthermore, you are curious and relationship-building, with the ability to create long-term customer relationships. You are equally comfortable working strategically and planning business as you are operationally driving sales in your daily work.

 We are looking for someone who has:
  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales

  • Documented experience of meeting or exceeding sales budgets

  • Solid phone skills, preferably from telemarketing or a similar role. You are comfortable with proactive sales and see the phone as your primary tool for creating business

  • Ability to independently drive the entire sales process

  • Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Preferred experience:
  • Experience in sales towards the Norwegian market

  • B2B experience in freight, logistics, or transport

  • Experience working with new markets or expansion

  • Completed qualified sales training

  • Experience in prospecting
