We at Bonzi are looking for new colleagues who want to work as personal assistants for our client living in Skövde. We are looking for someone who wants to work as a substitute as needed during the absence of regular assistants, such as during vacations or illness. Job responsibilities:

• Support in daily routines and household chores

• Assisting with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals

• Practical support at home and in everyday activities

• Assistance with transfers

The position involves work shifts scheduled according to the following hours:

• 08:00-08:00 with 3 hours of waiting time

• 11:00-16:00 on certain weekdays (double staffing)

About the client

We are currently looking for someone to work as a personal assistant for a man in his 50s living in Skövde. He has an acquired brain injury and leads an active life with interests such as baking, bowling, card games, as well as walks and outings. The client is quite independent but needs a present assistant who can help when needed.

Are you the one we are looking for:

We are looking for someone who is a warm, attentive, and responsible person. You have a genuine interest in working with people and are good at reading situations. You take initiative, are solution-focused, and can stay one step ahead when necessary. To be considered for this position, you must be able to work around-the-clock shifts.

Very good Swedish in speech and writing is required as documentation is part of the job.

The chemistry between you and the client is crucial and may be the most important factor in the final selection.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience working as a personal assistant or in care and support.

• A driver's license.

Requirements:

• Swim competent and tolerant of chlorine.

• Swedish in speech and writing.

• Non-smoker.

• Available to work during the summer of 2026.

Scope: 3 substitutes as needed, with room to work more during the summer.

Start date: Interviews are ongoing and can be filled before the application deadline.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.

If you wish to work with children and young people under 18, you need to present an extract from the criminal record. It is important that the extracts are ordered in good time, as the processing time by the police may vary.

Due to a change in the law from March 1, 2026, the background check will be expanded to include both extracts from the criminal record and extracts from the suspicion register.
