At Purac, we are in an interesting phase of development and have an exciting future ahead of us. We are now looking for an operational, responsible, and structured lead assembler. As a lead assembler with us, you will be part of a stable and market-leading company alongside competent and friendly colleagues, as well as interesting projects. About the role

The daily work as a lead assembler primarily involves leading, planning, and executing assembly, repairs, and welding in stainless steel at our customers' sites. More specifically, you will service and maintain machinery as well as renovations of piping systems. As a lead assembler at Purac, you will work towards Purac's and the project's set goals.

An important part of the role is to be the project manager's right hand and communicate with the customer regarding proposals for the execution and planning of the work. Some administrative handling is also part of the job, such as purchasing materials and managing obstacles, construction logs, change orders, etc. You will also participate in construction meetings, for example. In your role as lead assembler, you will also coordinate our subcontractors and their work efforts.

As we always strive to maintain a high standard in our executed work, self-checks and inspections are a natural part of your job.

You will also perform the risk analyses associated with our assignments and act as the safety coordinator (BAS-U).

Your profile

This job is suitable for you who have held a leading role in service work for industry, water and sewage, or similar operations. Furthermore, you prefer structured working methods, have good collaboration skills, and prioritize safety and work environment highly. Welding certification in stainless steel is an advantage.

As a person, you are driven to deliver quality in everything you do. If you encounter something you do not already know, you want to learn more about it with curiosity and focus. You appreciate a fast pace and are a present employee with a good ability to communicate with different people in a clear, good, and individualized manner.

It is advantageous if you have passed the welding test method 141 material group 8 (stainless steel).
