Regionfastigheter develops and manages Region Skåne's properties. Right now, we are making the largest investments ever in the hospital areas of Skåne. Regionfastigheter project manages, builds, and develops large complex projects in sensitive hospital environments. We manage properties and advanced technical systems and must be able to guarantee high operational reliability every day of the year. Our work is a prerequisite for safe and secure care. We are also expanding the infrastructure for public transport in Skåne, with new service depots for buses, trams, and trains.

The property management area in Landskrona is part of Regionfastigheter, responsible for the operation and maintenance of all buildings and systems in the Landskrona hospital area. We also provide operational technical services to Region Skåne's activities located in the hospital area and surrounding rentals within the operational area. We currently have nine employees based at Landskrona Hospital, with the main responsibility of creating world-class operational reliability and being a reliable partner for healthcare.

The operational area includes a variety of different technical installations such as ventilation, heating, cooling, control and regulation technology, medical gases, as well as electricity supply and distribution. Some operational technical equipment is also included in the assignment. These are complex systems for which we are responsible for preventive maintenance work and participate in larger renovations and new installation projects. The work is carried out in a hospital environment in close collaboration with Region Skåne's operations and its staff, managers, project leaders, consultants, and contractors.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a responsible electrician with general technical competence for property management in Landskrona.

In the role of operations technician, you will work broadly within property management from electrical installations to more general maintenance work. You will work both independently and in a team with service, maintenance, installation work, troubleshooting, and repair of technical facilities. This also includes working with our computerized monitoring systems and participating in projects as well as planning long-term maintenance, where you will propose technical solutions. An important part of your daily work at our facilities consists of customer contact, where we see that you contribute to maintaining good contact with healthcare.

You will be responsible for performing parts of the tasks yourself, but you will have your colleagues to assist you. Additionally, some administrative tasks are included in the position, such as handling work orders in our operational system. As operational reliability is our primary task, it will naturally be necessary to participate in all areas of responsibility and tasks within the unit as needed and to actively participate and contribute to improvement work. As a new employee, you will receive an introduction tailored to your previous experiences and competencies.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with education in electrical engineering. You have a valid ECY certificate or equivalent education and/or work experience that the employer deems relevant. The position involves driving to customers around northwestern Skåne, so a valid B driver's license is required. To be considered for the position, you must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have good computer skills.

If you have broad experience in electrical and/or property services, it is an advantage. We see it as a benefit if you have knowledge and/or experience in control and regulation technology as well as ventilation. It is advantageous if you have electrical authorization A and/or AL. Good knowledge of relevant IT systems and the Microsoft Office package, primarily Word, Excel, and Outlook, is a plus.

In this role, you need to be self-driven, have good collaboration and planning skills, and be highly engaged in your tasks. To thrive in the role, you need to enjoy working with freedom under responsibility. It is also required that you are service-oriented, customer-focused, flexible, and have good communication skills.
