In this key position within maintenance, you will drive our production processes at the chemical plant in Malmö forward – through your work, you will ensure not only efficiency but also set new standards for the quality of our processes.

The job that makes you happy:

• You are responsible for maintenance work within our soot production and ensure that all technical processes run smoothly. You coordinate repairs and maintenance work (both preventive and corrective) and actively get to the root causes of disruptions to achieve long-term improvements (Root-Cause analysis).
• Through your analytical skills, you question recurring disruptions and identify where processes can be optimized and new solutions implemented. You proactively suggest measures to increase the reliability and efficiency of the facilities.
• As a link between the operations engineer, operations manager, technical colleagues, and external suppliers, you ensure clear communication and coordinated collaboration to successfully implement projects and maintenance measures. The work requires precision and the ability to understand technical documentation. You should have a willingness and curiosity to improve processes and prevent failures with a strong focus on safety and optimization.
• Within the framework of sustainability projects, you actively contribute to making our processes more environmentally friendly and resource-efficient. You develop improvement proposals and implement optimization measures that future-proof our production processes.

The profile that makes us happy:

• You are technically inclined and have completed a vocational training in mechanics, service technology, installation, or maintenance technology, or an equivalent qualification.
• You have several years of experience in maintenance work, repairs, and troubleshooting in mechanics and electricity, preferably within the chemical industry, and you have a clear understanding of the importance of reliable and efficient processes in production environments.
• You work in an organized and structured manner, always keeping an overview and are good at coordinating, especially in contact with various internal and external stakeholders. Collaboration skills are also of utmost importance to us.
• You are open to regular further training and do not mind that your workplace may sometimes be dirty. Additionally, a week of on-call duty per month with a response time of about one hour is included.
• With us, you mainly speak Swedish, but there may occasionally be conversations in English.
